Your grounding sheets are fully washable without risk of damage. Regular washing keeps them fresh by removing sweat and other impurities that accumulate over time. For best results, machine wash in warm water and, if using a tumble dryer, opt for a low, gentle heat setting. Avoid bleach and oils, as these can harm the silver threads essential for the grounding effect.

How to Set Up Your Grounding Sheets/Mats

  • Step 1

    Place the Sheets over your mattress. You can place your Mat under your regular sheet as well.

  • Step 2

    Plug the cord to the grounded outlet only (non-electrical)

  • Step 3

    Connect the Grounding Cord to the product port. Lie on the bedsheet or mat ensuring your bare skin or a thin layer of clothing makes contact with the sheet/mat for effective grounding.
